"Which welding unit for which task?"

For the selection of new stud welding equipment, it is important that you provide us with all important core information on the application. The simplest solution is to contact us or one of our certified dealers, as in most cases there are different models of equipment that cover the desired working range but differ in technical details.
Before making a purchase, the following must be clearly clarified

WHAT - welding element type
HOW -
with which stud welding method
ON WHAT
material can be welded.

The intended use must therefore be clearly defined for the stud welding unit to be selected.
If the unit is to be used for a specific area of application, which stud dimensions are to be welded, where the unit is to be placed i.e. in the workshop or on construction sites, the available electrical power supply, manual or automatic solution use is planned for the number of studs.

At the same time, the question of purchasing a unit should always be evaluated "system-related" - i.e. power unit (power source) AND the required welding gun must be considered together with the welding element as an overall package (HBS system) for a guaranteed consistent welding result.
