"Immediately after beginning my apprenticeship as a mechatronics engineer and a few small exercises in handling the soldering iron, I was allowed to assemble the first products, such as welding guns, by myself. Meanwhile I have the skills to produce metallic components for our products using machines such as lathes or milling machines. In addition, I am intensively involved in the construction of new welding machines as well as in the restoration of used ones. Due to the many different tasks it never gets boring. I especially appreciate the friendly interaction with my colleagues, I can always ask them any questions I have, as well as the flexible working hours."
